The Cameron Clinic of Oriental Medicine presents a very special workshop with Ann Russell Roberts

Tsa Lung - The ancient Tibetan Bon yogic practice

Tsa Lung, is easy to learn and can be done sitting on the floor or in a chair.  No prior yoga experience is required.  Tsa Lung is translated as "pathways of energy."  The practice begins with breathing exercises to put us in touch with our inner self and improve our mental focus.  Breath work is coordinated with easy to learn physical movements.

The three levels – external (physical), internal (breathwork) and secret (subtle energy) will be taught in this two session workshop. This is a wonderful practice that you can do daily to combat the stress from your life and health issues.  Tsa Lung is fun and has passed the test of thousands of years of the Tibetan Bon Yogic traditions.  Join us in discovering a new tool in your tool chest to bring harmony and balance to your mind, body and spirit.

The Five Warrior Syllables

The Five Warrior Syllables is a practice of sound (singing) from the ancient Tibetan Bon tradition.  The simple and elegant practice helps clear our habitual tendencies and obstacles by focusing on each chakra with sound and color.  This powerful combination opens our internal space for positive qualities to manifest.  The ability to conquer negative forces by sacred sound is the reference to ‘warrior’.  Removing blocks that unlock our wisdom and virtue is the warrior’s path.
