Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong is a graceful, beneficial system of moving and non-moving physical sequences and meditations. It is an "energy cultivation system" that enables one to return to a natural state of harmony and tranquility. The practice of Qi Gong is good for improving the overall health of the body, boosting immunity, and fostering positive emotions. The movements are both stimulating and gentle, performed in standing and seated positions, and suitable for any age or fitness level. Regular practice of Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong may improve flexibility and balance, calm and center the mind, and open one's heart to connect with the universe. Alison Larmee, L.Ac. practices Oriental Medicine at the Cameron Clinic of Oriental Medicine in Wilmington, NC. With a background in various forms of healing movement such as yoga, dance and aquatic rehabilitation, Alison's transition into studying Qi Gong was quite natural. In 2002 at the Academy of Oriental Medicine in Austin, Texas, she began learning numerous standing and seated Qi Gong forms, as well as meditation practices directly from Master Li Jun Feng, founder of Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong. Upon graduation in early 2006, Alison completed a teacher training with Master Li in Coromandel, New Zealand. Qi Gong has transformed Alison's physical and emotional health, and broadened her spiritual awareness. She is very excited about sharing her love of this heart-opening practice with you!
